mental clarity, emotional depth, physical security and creativity for a rich and satisfying multisensory musical experience.

Also, helping teachers become conscious of the intuitive processes which underlie all good teaching and performing, she explains practical psychological strategies for engaging pupils (even “difficult” ones!), parents and audiences, so that lessons, practice and performances feel consistently upbeat, energised and meaningful.
