Angus, lecturer in Japanese history (and other things) at SOAS University of London, says: "Routine is everything: Getting up at 5am, making tea, doing 10 minutes of meditation and 20 minutes of practice before 6am, makes everything else I have to do in the day (writing, teaching, meeting) so much more possible.
-And 20 minutes every day produces far better results than 8 hours once a week…”
